MemoryFuel Shipping: Processing, Delivery Times, Costs and Tracking
What the maker's shipping policy promises, how long an order really takes from click to doorstep, and the one inconsistency in its wording.

Add the stages together and a U.S. order can take one to two weeks door to door. The warehouse is operated by Jetpack in Tallmadge, Ohio, which also receives returns.
International orders
The policy says orders outside the United States are processed in 3 to 7 business days, subject to stock, and usually arrive in 12 to 18 business days, with customs and flight disruptions able to add time. International shipping fees are charged at checkout, and import duties may apply on arrival.
One wording inconsistency
The shipping page states that "your purchase price includes the shipping costs," while the order page adds $9.99 to the single-jar pack. Go by the order page, which is what you are charged.
When it arrives
Check the seal, note the lot code, and store the jar in a cool, dry cupboard. If the package is damaged or a jar is missing, photograph everything and email the helpdesk with your order number the same day.
